1. Introduction:
Welcome to Muzeola Music Academy Private Limited (“Academy”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By enrolling
in our courses (online or offline), you (“student”, “you”, or “your”) agree to abide by the following
Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Offered: The Academy provides music education in: Western Music ,Carnatic Music ,Light Music
Modes of delivery include:  Online live classes , Offline (in-person) classes , Pre-recorded courses.

3. Free Trial Class: The Academy offers a one-time free trial class for new students. The trial class is for evaluation purposes only. The Academy reserves the right to accept or reject enrolment after the trial.

4. Enrollment & Payment: All course fees must (or) monthly fees be paid in full before the commencement of classes. Fees are charged on a per-course basis. We accept all standard payment methods including UPI, bank transfer, cards, and other
digital payment modes. Enrolment is confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment. Fees is not per class wise , monthly fees works for weekly twice classes or weekly one classes.

5. No Refund Policy: All payments made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. No refunds will be issued for:  Missed classes ,Student withdrawal or discontinuation , Scheduling conflicts from the student’s side , Technical issues at the student’s end

6. Missed Classes & Compensation Policy: If a student misses a scheduled class: No refund will be provided.  A compensation (make-up) class may be offered, subject to availability.

7. Rescheduling Policy: Students must inform the Academy at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to request
rescheduling. Requests made within less than 24 hours may not be accommodated. Repeated rescheduling may be limited at the Academy’s discretion. Missed classes or rescheduled within the month itself. Not to take forward to the next month.

8. Class Timings & Student Availability: Students are responsible for choosing suitable time slots. The Academy allows reasonable flexibility to change class timings, subject to availability. As per the weekly norms, online and offline courses will not be conducted on the 29th, 30th,
and 31st of every month.

9. Minors & Parental Consent: Students under the age of 18 must enrol with parental or legal guardian consent. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring attendance and discipline.

10. Code of Conduct:  Students must maintain respectful and disciplined behaviour during classes. Any misconduct, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination without
refund.

11. Intellectual Property & Content Usage:  All teaching materials, recordings, videos, and content are the intellectual property of the
Academy. Students are strictly prohibited from:  Recording classes without permission  Sharing, distributing, or reproducing course content  Any violation may lead to legal action.

12. Technical Requirements (Online Classes): Students must ensure proper internet connectivity and required devices. The Academy is not responsible for interruptions due to technical issues on the student’s
side.

13. Instructor Assignment: The Academy reserves the right to assign or change instructors at any time. Such changes do not entitle the student to refunds.

14. Certification: The Academy provides government-recognized certification upon successful completion of
the course (where applicable).Certificates will be issued only if course requirements are fulfilled.

15. Limitation of Liability: The Academy shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from participation in classes.

16. Termination: The Academy reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for violation of these
Terms.  No refund will be issued in such cases.

17. Amendments: The Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without
prior notice.  Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.  Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
